Are you a primary care provider?

No—we are not a primary care clinic. Our care is focused on wellness, prevention, and symptom relief, not long-term or chronic condition management. The services listed above are what we specialize in.

What types of urgent care visits do you see?

We treat simple, everyday concerns like:

• Coughs, colds, and flu symptoms
• Sore throat and sinus infections
• Earaches
• Minor skin irritations or rashes

 We do not prescribe any narcotic medications.

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA payments?

We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance.
However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards, and we’re happy to provide an itemized receipt if you need one for reimbursement.

What’s your cancellation and no-show policy?

To respect your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

There is a $50 fee for:

• No-shows
• Same-day cancellations

How does your weight loss program work?

Where are the shots given?

Depending on the injection, shots are given either intramuscularly (usually in the arm or hip) or subcutaneously (just under the skin) for maximum absorption.

How soon will I feel the results?
